Contact and product support

FaceBlur is a small, account-free web tool. It currently publishes support through the documentation on this site rather than a public inbox or phone line, so the quickest route is the guide that matches the problem.

Start with the relevant guide

For the complete workflow, see How to blur faces in a video. For a file that will not load or an MP4 that exports as WebM, use the MP4 codec guide. For weak masks or a choice between mosaic, blur, and solid cover, read the effect guide. For missed people, crossings, scene cuts, and background faces, use the multiple-faces checklist.

Information that helps diagnose a problem

Before reporting a product issue through any support route that may be published here in the future, record the browser name and version, operating system, input container, approximate file size and duration, the message shown by FaceBlur, and the step where the problem occurred. Do not send a private or identifying video unless the receiving route explicitly explains how the file will be handled and you have permission to share it.

Safety and output questions

If the issue is a missed face, first check the exported file at normal speed and frame by frame around entrances, exits, turns, obstructions, reflections, and cuts. A larger margin can cover more area around a detected face, but it cannot repair a face the detector never found. Use manual masks in a full video editor when a miss could cause harm.

Business, legal, and privacy information

FaceBlur has no accounts, paid plans, public API, or public telephone support. The About page describes the product and its operating boundaries. The Terms of Use cover uploads, privacy, browser processing, request metadata, acceptable use, output review, and service availability.
