How it works

Phones often save the recording location, device model, and capture date inside a video file. This tool copies the picture and sound into a new file without those tags, then checks the result before offering the download. MOV files are saved as MP4.

Only hidden metadata is removed. Faces, text, places, and voices in the video stay as they are.
