Blur several faces in one video
FaceBlur can draw several masks in the same frame. Every face it finds gets the same effect, strength, and margin.

How the masks move
FaceBlur matches each detection with a recent position and briefly holds the last mask when detection drops. Masks appear as people enter and disappear after they leave. You cannot choose who is covered.
Frames to check
- Entrances and exits: check before a mask first appears and after it vanishes.
- Crossing paths: pause where people overlap, pass behind one another, or turn away.
- Scene cuts: inspect both sides of every cut.
- Background faces: zoom in on distant people, screens, and reflections.
- Fast movement: scrub slowly and increase margin if a mask trails the face.
Where faces get lost
| Profile or turned face | The detector sees fewer front-facing features. |

| Very small face | The face may not contain enough detail to detect. |
| Crowd | People can be small, partly hidden, and on screen for only a moment. |
One setting for everyone. FaceBlur cannot leave one person visible while covering another. Use a video editor with selectable masks for that.
