Blur multiple faces in a video automatically
FaceBlur detects several visible faces in one frame and tracks their masks over time. One shared mosaic, blur, or solid setting is applied to every detected face.
How multi-face tracking behaves
Each detection is matched to a recent position so its mask moves smoothly. A short hold bridges brief missed frames. New masks appear as people enter, and old masks disappear after they leave. The tool does not let you include one person while excluding another.
Review crowded footage
- Entrances and exits: check before a mask first appears and after it vanishes.
- Crossing paths: pause where people overlap or turn away.
- Scene cuts: inspect both sides of every cut.
- Background faces: zoom in on distant people and reflections.
- Fast movement: use a larger safety margin and review frame ranges slowly.
Known difficult cases

Same treatment for everyone. Individual face selection is not supported. If any detected person should remain visible, this tool is not the right workflow for that clip.
